This tool enables you to quickly and intuitively retrieve all of your
documents with a view to quickly distributing them (on an intranet or externally)
in HTML format.
After implementation, both your old and new documents will be automatically
indexed.
Thanks to the very powerful search engine (full-text and by field), you have
the ability to find all the available information using a whole series of criteria
(Boolean searching, lemmatisation, proximity operators, etc ...).
Our tool supports almost all existing formats (MSWord, PDF, WordPerfect, ...).
It also offers multilingual support. Therefore your current documents can stay in their
existing format and language.
The flexibility of this document distribution product perfectly meets the
needs of our clients. This is the reason why we work closely with them during the

- Automatic Categorisation
Our categorisation tool automatically includes all the internal and external
information on the basis of your own classification system (taxonomies). Therefore,
whatever the source of a document, it will be analysed and classed automatically using
a common logic defined by your organisation.
The automatic categorisation works in parallel with the
document distribution. It provides an additional field of research, probably
the most useful.
