DBiT’s Clients are responsible for knowledge management inside their own organisations. They are also tasked with optimising the distribution of information. Their daily work involves the management of internal documents, information coming from the outside, information systems and training as well as of publications destined for internal and external use.

After an analysis phase, we define a global management and information distribution chain perfectly adapted to the specific needs of each client.

We model all the information into a standard format in which it will be created, managed and published. This modelling takes account of the background; thus all documents previously created are placed within this new chain.

Text mining is an area in which DBiT has heavily specialised during the last number of years. This enriching of text starts with the extraction and weighting of concepts, followed by their automatic categorisation in one or more classifications. Your documents can therefore be retrieved in a coherent manner for use in wide variety of ways. Moreover, the addition of metadata optimises document use and provides a significant decision-making aid.

The automatic linking of the creation and management of information steps enables the optimal distribution of information, both internally and externally.

The success of such an implementation depends largely on excellent cooperation with our clients. DBiT can offer specific training for each of the internal players (webmaster, users, knowledge managers, ...) from the moment of their involvement in the project. This is done, so as to provide our clients with the greatest possible independence.
